POST MATRIMONIAL VERIFICATION. Phoenix Detectives have come across hundreds of Post Matrimonial cases in the past dozen years since its inception. These cases are broadly classified into four types which are: 1. Unemployed women approaching the Family Court seeking divorce against their husbands, before or after begetting a child or children. 2. Employed women approaching the Family Court seeking divorce against their husbands, before or after begetting a child or children. 3. Employed men approaching the Family Court seeking divorce against their wives. 4. Affluent business men approaching the Family Court seeking divorce against their wives. (i) In the first category the affected Client takes refuge in her parents’ house, applies for a divorce in the Family Court and then approaches the detective agency requesting them to find out the fact with photos/videos about her estranged husband, pertaining to any of following reasons: (a) Her husband is having illicit connections with other women – he is lusty person. The Investigation Officers of the Detective Agency in this case painstakingly shadow the Subject (husband) from dawn to dusk, and photograph/video graph where he goes at night in all probability to a woman’s house. The second batch of IOs in turn is deployed early morning the next day, at that woman’s house, and sees if the Subject comes out from there and then photograph/video graph him. (b) Her husband is a drunkard and in a drunken thrashes her rudely sometimes causing wounds on her body. In this case IOs can easily identify the drunken husband (Subject) and photograph/video graph him. These such evidences will help the woman (Client) to strengthen her case in the Family Court for divorce. (c) Her husband never gives money for her food and other expenses, but he enjoys spending the money in “some other” way, what he earns for leisure and/or pleasure. In this case IOs will shadow the husband (Subject) wherever he goes for leisure and/or pleasure, and photograph/video graph him. In all of the above cases the Clients’ main intention is to claim alimony from their estranged husbands. However there are some husbands who take revenge on their estranged wives, by resigning their jobs and declare that they are unemployed, so that he will not pay alimony to her (though secretly he may be having a very good savings in his bank account and properties rented out for rent which is an unknown source of income to his wife). (ii) In the second classification employed women also approach the Family Court seeking divorce against their husbands, before or after begetting a child or children, mostly for the above stated reasons and also because of a misunderstanding between them which is an important factor for any divorce case. Apart from this married employed woman may be in love with another man who could be he colleague in her Office and wants to marry him. With his hidden intention she will approach the Family Court seeking divorce against her husband, giving some lame excuses, before or after begetting a child or children. This is because; she cannot marry her lover legally, before divorcing her husband. In some cases employed women wish to live independently, without their husbands’ help. (iii) The third category is somewhat similar to the second category. A married man may be in love with another woman, who could be his colleague in his Office and wants to marry her. With this hidden intention he will approach the Family Court seeking divorce against his wife, giving some lame excuses, before or after begetting a child or children. This is because; he cannot marry his lover legally, before divorcing his wife. Simultaneously if he feels that his wife is an immoral women, mingling with men, and to prove it he takes the assistance of detective Agencies and consequently to avoid paying alimony. If the detective agency proves that his wife is an unchaste woman, it will become handy for him to go in for the divorce case. (iv) In the fourth category, affluent married business would like to have secret sex with young ladies without their wives’ knowledge. In this type of case wives approach Detective Agencies and upon sufficient proof as explained above, they then file a case in the family court for divorce, consequent to which, they will get compensation. After this, the affluent businessmen will marry the young ladies of their choice, legally since they have enough money.
